Google Inc CEO Sundar Pichai said on Thursday the organization had let go 48 workers for the charges of sexual harassment in the course of recent years. Pichai sent an email to the Google team in light of a New York Times story that was distributed before in the day.
The report said the company shielded three senior administrators from charges of sexual unfortunate behavior by offering them payouts. The email said that of 48 workers that were terminated, 13 were of the designation of Senior Manager or held more senior posts. In any case, Pichai said none of those representatives got an exit payout.

The unexpected exposure Thursday arrived in an email to Google Team from CEO Sundar Pichai
In his email, Pichai said Google embraced harder arrangements in 2015. Those principles require the majority of Google's VPs and senior VPs to reveal any association with an employee, regardless of whether they don't work in a similar office or have some other potential clash.
Despite the fact that Pichai didn't straightforwardly address the charges against Rubin and different administrators, he yielded the Times story "was hard to peruse" and did not debate on it.
In an evident endeavor to guarantee representatives that things had changed since Rubin's(chief developer of android) exit, Pichai said 13 of the 48 specialists that Google had terminated for abusing the organization's lewd behavior arrangements were either senior chiefs or officials. None of those 13 got exit payouts.
